P-ink Lemonade Cocktail Recipe

Staff training with Ink Gin at Friday’s Riverside this week ended with an inter-staff cocktail comp. The competition was fierce with imaginations running hot and competitors mixing up multiple delicious concoctions. But there could only be one winner, and Tim Curry claimed victory with his P-ink Limonade. Apart from gloating rights and in-house glory, he won a boxed bottle of Ink Gin personally signed by our distiller, Paul.

P-ink Lemonade will be on the cocktail menu at Friday’s Riverside from this weekend. Runners up included an Ink Sour & a Purple Daze Martini. All three recipes are below.

P-ink Limonade – by Tim Curry, Friday’s Riverside

Ingredients

45ml Ink Gin

30ml Limoncello

30ml sugar syrup

15ml lemon juice

A squeeze of lemon

Directions

Shake limoncello and sugar syrup on ice, pour into a martini glass. Layer Ink Gin over the top, add a squeeze of lemon and garnish with a flower.

Ingredients

30ml Gin

30ml lemon juice

1 egg white

30ml sugar syrup

60ml apple juice

15ml elderflower cordiale

Directions

Pour ingredients over ice in a shaker. Shake to combine, serve and garnish with a flower.

Purple Daze Martini – By Juan Torres

Ingredients

45ml Ink Gin

15ml Chambord

15ml Malibu

15ml sugar syrup

Dash of grapefruit.

Directions

Pour ingredients over ice in a shaker. Shake to combine, serve and garnish.
